When you call, we receive your phone number and the details you give dispatch, such as your address, the problem and any access instructions. We use that information to send a plumber, to confirm details with you and to follow up on the visit.
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. By calling, you agree to that recording. If you do not want a call recorded, tell dispatch at the start of the call.
This website
This site does not ask you to submit personal information and has no contact forms. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
Pages with a map load an embedded Google Maps frame. Google may set cookies or collect information when that frame loads, under its own privacy policy. We do not control that collection.
How information is used and shared
We use call information to dispatch plumbers, to review service quality and to meet legal obligations. We share the details needed to perform the job with the plumber assigned to it. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about a call, or ask us to delete it where the law allows, by emailing contact@247plumbercantonma.com. Include the phone number you called from and the approximate date.
